    Just like that, you're in a wide-open room, standing in the middle of a magic circle. A person in robes, very much the picture of a textbook magician, hurries over to you.

    "Welcome to Diatu Magicademy. We're very sorry you're here."

    Turns out a dragon decided to break the rules of magic; end-result is people from other worlds appearing in the Tenscore Kingdoms. With no one sure how to get these 'Sundered' back home, they've all been diverted to Diatu Magicademy, where they can learn this world's magic before the seething potential inside them eats them alive. Also maybe help out with that dragon's ongoing plans to enslave humanity. Not cool.
